I am the CEO of Hejne Accounting Services Office – a company I have been building for years with the aim of providing reliable and responsible support to entrepreneurs in the areas of finance, accounting, and legal security.
As the owner of Hejne Accounting Office in Gdańsk, I am responsible for the strategy, development of the firm, and maintaining the highest standards of cooperation with clients and business partners.
For over 20 years, I have been professionally involved in finance and accounting, combining legal, accounting, and economic knowledge with practical business experience gained from managing Hejne Accounting Services Office.
I graduated with higher education degrees in Law and Administration, Accounting, Taxes, and International Accounting Standards (IAS/IFRS) in corporate financial reporting. I am a former member of the international networking organization BNI, where I served as President of the BNI Porto group, fostering cooperation among entrepreneurs in the Tri-City area.
I am a founding member and former Board member of the National Chamber of Accounting Offices, which co-creates the standards of modern accounting in Poland.
I gained professional experience before opening my own firm, working in accounting offices, a transport company, the large development company Allcon S.A., as chief accountant at the Radisson Hotel in Gdańsk, and at the WSE-listed company Nokaut.pl.
By running my own firm, I constantly expand my knowledge by collaborating with entrepreneurs from many different industries. This allows me to view clients’ challenges comprehensively, practically, and tailored to the realities of their business.
In my daily work, I prioritize full transparency, partnership relations, and real support for clients – both during demanding business periods and times of stable growth. I consciously go beyond the standard scope of accounting services, supporting clients not only with settlements but also with daily business decisions that have a real impact on the security and development of their companies.
In addition to running my own accounting firm, which is my passion, I advise other accounting office owners from all over Poland, and now even from Europe, on how to effectively, courageously, and joyfully manage an accounting office.
I create mastermind groups, individual coaching sessions, organize one of the largest conferences in Poland for accounting office owners, “Changing the Face of Accounting Offices,” and I am also a co-author of the course “Everything About Running an Accounting Office” with the Dzień dobry podatki service.
I deeply believe that well-managed accounting is the foundation of every healthy enterprise. It provides a sense of security, enables informed decision-making, and allows a company to be built on reliable data, not assumptions.
My goal is to create a firm that not only processes documents but, above all, genuinely supports entrepreneurs in running their businesses responsibly, systematically, and calmly.
