Information about a draft amendment to the health insurance contribution law has been published in the Council of Ministers’ legislative work schedule. The draft assumes that from January 1, 2025, income from the sale of fixed assets will not be included in the health insurance contribution assessment base.

Entrepreneurs, whether settling according to the tax scale, linear tax, or lump sum, will not have to pay health insurance contributions on the disposal of fixed assets.
