As of January 1, 2025, the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of September 12, 2024 concerning the minimum wage and minimum hourly rate for 2025 came into effect.

• What has changed?
  – The minimum wage for employees working full-time has increased by 366 PLN compared to 2024 and currently amounts to:
  • 4,666 PLN gross
• 3,510.92 PLN net
• 3,516.92 PLN net (with increased tax deductible costs).
